These PowerPoint files have instructor notes included with the individual slides to help teachers prepare for their classes.

  • This screenshot shows the Notes area in PowerPoint 2007. If you are using a previous version of PowerPoint, you will need to turn the Notes view on.

  • With older PPT programs, there are two options to view the Notes section of a slide. You can click on the icon on the bottom left side of the screen (see the arrow) or click on View - Notes Page. Both options are shown here.
  • You can also print the notes pages for the presentation. Click on File Print, and change the Print what option to Notes Pages .
